Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this new document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a key identifying distinct parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional process.
